I was satisfied with this set. Recently, I noticed ranges and image ghosting appearing in the screen for concerning 1-3 minutes until following set warmed way up. I took this set to MVP Electronics, a licensed Samsung repair shop. The problem was diagnosed like a bad panel and I got told the repair could well be over $700. 00. I told the repair man which i would just check out buying a new TV with the kind of capital (and likely not really another Samsung). MVP said they would see what they could do for me even though I was a year past the manufacturer's warranty. I was highly surprised and pleased to read that Samsung would pay for the repair. About 1 week later, Samsung called stating they were unable to be able to repair my set knowning that they would just replace it that has a similar model.
